Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Blef app and game service, published by Adrian Golian (“we”, “us”). By using Blef you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1.The app

Blef is a free multiplayer card game. There are no accounts and no purchases. You play under a nickname you choose.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blef.

3.Your content (nicknames & reactions)

You choose your nickname and send in-game reactions. You are responsible for the content you provide and must have the right to use it.

4.Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to:

• use a nickname or any content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonate others, or use content you don’t have the right to use;
• harass, bully, or abuse other players;
• attempt to disrupt, cheat, reverse-engineer, or attack the service or other players.

We filter nicknames for offensive content and may block, change, or remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

5.Reporting and blocking

If you encounter an offensive nickname or an abusive player:

• Report them from within the app (long-press the player’s name → Report, or use Settings → Report a problem), or email adriangolian@yahoo.com. Reports are reviewed and we will act on objectionable content — typically within 24 hours — including removing content and barring the offending user where warranted.
• Block/Mute them from within the app to stop seeing their nickname and reactions. Blocking is stored on your device.

6.Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or bar access for, anyone who violates these Terms or behaves abusively, without notice.

7.No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Multiplayer play depends on network conditions and third-party infrastructure, and may be interrupted or unavailable.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Privacy

Your use of Blef is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.Changes

We may update these Terms; we will change the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app or on our site.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
